- Does UNCOMMON GEMS provide refund services?
We do not offer cash refund. We only provide refund under certain circumstances which is applicable (Eg: return / exchange cases). Should there be any refund, it will be made in only store credits points form which is applicable anytime and only one-time usage upon checking out your cart, with no expiration date.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE
- Can I exchange or return the product after receiving it?
Once items are purchased through us, they are non-returnable or non-exchangeable. However, this can be considered only on a case by case basis, by sending an email to uncommongems13@gmail.com / dm through our Instagram.
* Please note we do not refund goods on SALES, these are final sales items and can't be returned or exchanged unless deemed faulty.
